Donna Raphael, C-IAYT, RYT-500, is a certified yoga therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. A graduate of the Beaumont School of Yoga Therapy, she has provided yoga therapy to individuals and to groups. She has been a yoga teacher since 2006 and is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 500 level.
Through personal experience and by observing her students, she has seen how the tools of yoga -- breathing, gentle movement and relaxation -- can help people relieve stress, reduce pain, build resilience and improve their health and well-being.
