"I love taking Donna’s Zoom yoga classes. They are essential to me during this challenging time of Coronavirus. I love how Donna connects every movement and every breath to the nervous system. I love how each class has a theme that is woven together through a reading, the poses and the final relaxation. Her whole person, integrative approach is refreshing. This truly is Yoga For All."

"When I started practicing yoga with Donna four years ago, I was impressed with her tremendous patience when helping beginners (like me) learn the various positions and improve their technique. I found that the yoga stretching moves and relaxation helped my lower back a lot, and has improved my flexibility. I hope you enjoy having Donna as your instructor as much as I have!"

'Shed the Stress' describes perfectly how one feels after breathing and moving through her guided postures She instructs with love and grace. Thank you Donna for your inspiring and calming sessions."
